18 months, 15k miles later and now they need replacing. Just been in to get it sorted to say the brakes were never changed. Liars and crooks the lot of them

Avoid @SEATUK Gloucester @MonMotorsGroup nothing but a bunch of liars. Had nothing but problems with my car. Last year (3 weeks after buying) it had to be returned several times due to an issue with the brakes (which is still an issue now), they "replaced" the front brakes (1/2)

@DFS been waiting all day for someone to call me back from your Cardiff store. Made an order on Friday, they messed up the order. They apparently did a new order (gave me a new order number) but not had any confirmation of that order and order not showing on dfs order tracking...

Made an order for next day delivery on 29th. No show on 30th. Customer services informed me it wasn't in stock and then someone told mr you'd messed up my order and assured me it'd be delivered 31st. You've not even dispatched the order USELESS COMPANY! @Mobilescouk
