@strongapp running beta on Android and have not had any issue. But today I am not able to save my without. App crashes. Tried logging out, cleaning app data /cache...reinstalled. Can't save any thing started from a template or history. If I start from an empty workout, it saves.
@Vanillagiftcard no way to contact them to get support card that had a balance...but is being declined by every vendor I've tried. No response from X DMs either. $50 hard lesson learned. Never again. Consider this a warning, steer clear of @Vanillagiftcard
@leahgottscience@jennaudrey@Echelon_Fit I guess I should count myself lucky, they canceled my subscription without even telling me. I left it canceled and switched to using my Echelon bike with the Peloton app. Better content and $13/months compared to Echelon's $35
@Echelon_Fit tried logging in for a ride yesterday and no content. Contacted support and found out that my account was canceled. Apparently my Echelon United Plan All Access Unlimited for $29.99 no longer supported. No notification. Don't want my money? Ok I'm done.
@Echelon_Fit on demand filtering is broken. If I filter on "Low Impact". Nothing newer than 12/20/2022 shows up. Same problem in Android phone, iPad versions of app. But I do filter by instructor I see they have more recent Low Impact sessions listed. π€·π»
@SamsungSupport What a joke...DM to get the chat off the boards. 45 minutes between response..."to gather info". It's all in the ticket. In a nutshell you lost my watch and want to get away with not being accountable for it.
Find my watch, fix it and get it back to me or replace it!
@SamsungSupport you had me ship my watch for repair to the wrong place, give me the run around for 2 weeks only to have your escalation team tell me that I need to track the watch down myself & reopen another repair ticket. If I can't track it down I'm down a watch.
