@MBonvoyAssist Just to share what you told me privately, a Marriott hotel, already charging high room rates, $75/day for parking, can also charge $10 to hand a guest a small package. I'm so disappointed in @Marriott @MarriottIntl @MarriottBonvoy who used to truly value customers.
