Never give up, choose positivity, believe in your self #TuesdayMotivation 7 weeks ago I thought I’d be pulling out of the 50k world champs due to injury - on Sunday I made the start line in my first GB vest and finished the race in 20th in a time of 3.30 (6.47 mile pace)🏃🏼‍♀️🇬🇧✨

[Mark Armstrong @markarmy]

I think @DaniNimmock1 found out a little bit more about herself at the IAU 50K World Champs. Hell of a run in the circumstances #running #ukrunchat #RunAnglia https://t.co/Um1BUZ7MRb

[Northgate Council @NgateCouncil]

A big thank you to Sergeant Steve Nimmock, at the OCC, Police HQ in Wymondham (control room) + his colleagues for a huge bag full of crisp packets for our @TerraCycleUk collection – 274 bags weighing 601g! @NorfolkPolice @NgateDereham #recycle #doyourbit #environment

This is still one of my top moments while running the 2015 VMLM. I behaved like an excited teenager. Good luck to all the runners for Sunday. Enjoy every minute. @VirginRadioUK @achrisevans @LondonMarathon

"My generation betrayed the young generation."

Conservative peer Lord Heseltine says it is "appalling...that our young people are being ignored" over Brexit, in the latest Ways To Change The World podcast.

@jowhiley Jarrolds stationers in Norwich have them. 😊

[Nimmy D @dnimmock]

DPD delivery service is shocking. @DPD_UK claim to have attempted a delivery- we were home! Then say it will arrive today- nothing! App and on line chat a waste of time too. If you can’t cope don’t take it on!

[Northgate Sport @NorthgateSport]

Congratulations once again to ex @NorthgateSport @NgateDereham pupil @DaniNimmock1. Great results in the Frankfurt marathon, Britain’s best performer! #hardworkpaysoff https://t.co/GuJz6qDkbt @derehamtimes @cityofnorwichac @edpsport
