Assuming we have 10 million students in public schools, each paying a convenience fee of Ksh. 100 per term, or even KSh.50, you know that is 500M or 1B each term GUARANTEED.

Remember, almost over half of these students will not pay all the school fees at once. They may pay in parts hence a convenience fee is paid each time they make a payment.
