@bugario_ only cares about taking your orders. It doesn’t care to deliver your order or respond back on the so called WhatsApp support number. No customer support at all. Ordered something 20 days ago and trying to get a response from them on delivery.

It looks like reaching @makemytrip @makemytripcare is just impossible to get something done. Even a corporate account who has been using their services for years doesn’t have a way to reach their customer service directly and get issues, created by their platform, fixed.

@QuickRidein You need to educate your drivers. Not put speed locks. Come to hyd and there are roads that have a speed limit of 120.

In cities, even 80KMPH isn’t allowed. So you will put a lock to 50KMPH?

It’s absurd that @QuickRidein puts a speed limit of 80KMPH. There are roads that have limit of 120KMpH and the vehicles from quick ride don’t run fast enough. I have been a regular but now I think I got to look elsewhere.
