@logical_conor Very difficult to compare countries with like for like metric due to different ways each country counts a person as homeless. E.g. In NI a person just has to make a claim to be homeless (which is validated by council ) vs in ROI a person must living in emergency accommodation
Can we predict risk of falls in elderly by simply wearing a fitness tracker? We've just published this paper looking into that very question. #MachineLearning#Wearables@UlsterCompEng @UlsterResImpact @UlsterUni

@andrewflood IF there was more availability, it would surely be difficult to determine if the cause is down to cases peaking or due to change in rules where 3-39 only seek PCR after +Antigen (rules designed to free up PCR testing)?

@newschambers Very few antigens available in Donegal today. Tried 5 pharmacy's, none available. Eventually found pharmacy with kits, but they were limiting to just 2 per customer
@MichealLehane 🤔 Very difficult to get antigen tests in Donegal today... Tried 5 pharmacy's, all out of stock, eventually found 1 that had them in stock, but they were limiting to 2 kits per person due to limited stock
@andrewflood This surely IS shifting down in reality. As you have said, reported cases are only fraction of real cases now with testing system beyond breaking point
@andrewflood Reduced % positivity (although minor) surely tells us something though? It will still represent percentage of people positive, regardless of hitting testing limits at 30k.
Preparations are in full swing for the Mica/Pyrite Delegation to the EU Petitions Committee. Many thx to @lukeming Joe Morgan and all the affected homeowners who have worked very hard to make this happen. The group will fly out on Nov 30th.
