The State House Investors Protection Unit (SHIPU) was honored to host Prof. Vincent Anigbogu, Founder of I.N.T (Institute of National Transformation).
The staff were privileged to have an insightful face to face engagement where he shared invaluable thoughts on leadership, discipline, productivity and institutional excellence.

Prof. Anigbogu underscored the importance of integrity, professionalism and result-oriented leadership, while calling for a disciplined, ethical and value-driven generation. He emphasized the value of accountability, purpose-driven service and transformational leadership in building strong institutions.

During the session, Prof. Anigbogu recommended the book “Good to Great “ as a must-read for staff, highlighting its three key pillars of discipline, competence and placement. He encouraged staff to invest time in becoming disciplined individuals, continuously build expertise in their respective fields, and position themselves where their knowledge and abilities can create the greatest impact for growth.

The team was glad to be joined by Mr. Robert Matsiko , a renowned local investor, Founder and Proprietor of Numa Feeds Ltd.

Such a joy to have been part of a rejuvenating Ascension Day Corporate Prayer Breakfast at @allsaintskla. We were hosted by Bishop Fredrick Baalwa @diocese_kampala, alongside the Cathedral Dean, The Very Rev. Can. Dr. Rebecca M. Nyegenye.

Prof. @VincentAnigbogu, Director General @intintl inspired us with a keynote message drawn from Nehemiah 4:9; “But we prayed to our God and posted a guard day and night”, hence a call to prayer, protection and action.

Our panel discussion, led by the Supreme Court Lady Justice Lillian Tibatemwa @JudiciaryUG, emphasized that effective leadership is not merely technical competence; it is moral stewardship.

Grateful to the distinguished leaders from both corporate and private sectors who joined the meaningful fellowship and most importantly, Lady Justice Alice Komuhangi Khaukha and Mrs. Edith Butuuro the Under Secretary F&A @MODVA_UPDF, for their exemplary integrity.

My take remains that faith shapes character, integrity builds trust and values create institutional culture where ethical decisions may flourish!
