@CAA_Kenya Travelled through new JKIA terminal 1A. Very nice, well done, modern, clean, staff very friendly (even passport control), good clean toilets, working Wi-Fi, security check friendly & fast. Kudos. Keep up the good work.

@SGRHeadOffice 3. Connectivity to & from is quite a challenge. 4. A lot of idle staff who are more of a nuisance.
To make this commuter train viable, help us make it our first choice of travel.Otherwise, it'll be emptier every new month. Quite empty today.

@SGRHeadOffice 1. Poor service from some staff. One turned off the escalator coz we took a few steps & we are supposedly not supposed to walk on the escalator. Thick! 2. Soiled tissue in the toilet needs to end up in the toilet, being flushed! Not in the dustbin.
