@Grofers inform your customers before replacing items in the order since you guys are not taking returns. I have been trying to return a wrong delivered item which is of fairly high value but there is no appropriate help available.

@makemytrip I had cancelled my flight on 28th March. I haven't received my refund yet. It said the refund will be processed within 7-12 days. It's been more than 12 days since the cancellation. There was no communication sent either. Booking id is NN2118050664678. Please refund my money.

@swiggy_in how is it possible that. Every time I place order via Swiggy, your delivery agent meets an accident and enable to deliver food. This is plain excuse! This has happened alteast 4 times in the last week. worst service ever!
