As NRI cust,last wk applied for credit crd FD using imobile. I have ovrseas addr on my acc, crd ws dispatchd to non existen Ind addrs. CC exec on ph and eml have no clue, asked me to close the fd and apply again. Really? Icici a never ending misery...

Imobile keeps user logging out very frequently. Yesterday I was logged out and now unable to set the UPI again even after logging in. Very shoddy app imobile
