@pal9999 If you wonder how "Japanese fantasy/isekai reincarnation" themed Comic Paradise is you might want to see this video (TURN ON AUTO-TRANSLATE SUBTITLES, THIS VIDEO IS IN INDONESIAN):

Indonesian comics publisher here. I operate a small comic book studio called PanelFRAK.
It should be noted too that a LOT of 50s~80s Indonesian comics were originally published by mom-and-pop publishers. The owner of said publishers often didn't have a leadership succession plan—once he/she died, no children want to inherit his/her publishing business.
Today a lot of Indonesian comics are merely sold in doujinshi conventions like Comic Frontier @comifuro in Tangerang Regency (a suburb of Jakarta), Comic Paradise @comipara_id in Bantul Yogyakarta (Comic Paradise is famous among Indonesian otakus for championing local comics (a local comic artist @SwetaKartika is a regular mainstay in each and every Comic Paradise edition!) also it's heavily themed after isekai reincarnation fiction (incl. manga and anime)—there's even a mock adventurers' guild complete with guild maids and questboards and the top 5 highest-ranking guild members of each edition would get either a Nintendo Switch or a PS5!), or Pesta Komik Bandung @pestakomik. Even if they offer sales in local ecommerce platforms like Tokopedia or Shopee, the doujinshi conventions are the primary way to have comic works sold.
Meanwhile Kompas Gramedia, which has a monopoly in legal manga translations in Indonesia (they publish manga through three divisions), has started an initiative called KOLONI to publish local comics.
I know a "major" (well-known among comics fans) small press which is dedicated to local comics called Ontakeriput Comics @ontakeriput_cmc they launched a tokusatsu hero comic book with local policemen tropes, and will soon launch a Kickstarter for two scifi comics (Kickstarter doesn't exist in Indonesia and Ontakeriput had to incorporate a subsidiary in Singapore just for starting a Kickstarter campaign), one of their comics (a surreal horror one-shot) won a Reader's Choice Award in a private awards ceremony held in conjunction with the fifth edition of Comic Paradise! I'm planning to have PanelFRAK's comics printed by Ontakeriput.
