@AvantiWestCoast The car park at Coventry station needs attention. After being diverted cause the 1640 from Euston was cancelled (travel via Rugby instead) I paid for parking and the machine ate my ticket. First up, I need to get out of the car park. Second, I need a receipt.

So on top of my cancelled train and diverted journey I was late by another 20 minutes as I couldn’t get out of the station. Finally a platform operator helped me. What would have happened to a woman on her own at night? In Cov?

The other one tried to connect and repeatedly dropped the connection and the one time I got through it was inaudible. The other ones answered but hung up as the mike wasn’t working
