Our research looking at one year mortality after stroke in 1336 patients was published this week in BMJ Open. The mortality rates are much lower and comparable to developed world. Patients with stroke are surviving in more numbers. https://t.co/ZgVt84e3ND

Covid and Comorbidities
In India 30% of Covid deaths have no accompanying comorbidity. That is much higher than figures quoted from other countries. The data tells us that we need to take precautions even if we are young healthy & free of comorbidities.
