Suicide is now the LEADING cause of death for US medical residents.
We are losing 500 physicians a year. That is an entire med school class. Stop demanding "resilience" from doctors and start fixing the system.
Tie executive bonuses to wellness, not just RVUs.

Women in medicine:
- Earn less.
- Are less likely to be in leadership.
- Have fewer research opportunities.
- Spend more hours on domestic responsibilities.
Yet, they still spend more time with patients and provide better care.
The bias against women needs to END.
With every Geopolitical move, this Physician is just calculating the lasting impact on health of humans-wars ,displacement, children surviving this chaos, mental health.
And how much more the health systems will have to work to stabilise health of the human race.
All of us are in it
"You know how much more successful I would be at this stage if I had a wife" #aliwong@aliwong this made so much sense!!

It's great to see #dyslexia being discussed in the @HouseofCommons . Our thanks to Peter Swallow MP for his question about the MOD signing our Dyslexia Friendly Workplace Pledge. We hope to see other Government departments follow their lead and demonstrate their support for #DyslexicPeople.
