@mcaliente21@bjeansonne @nope_its_lily I agree that this should be the case - it just isn't. Here is a link to how billing and coding is determined.
I suppose that patients could get this before every visit - and then know the dollar amount charged for each of the 8 basic codes.

@mcaliente21@bjeansonne @nope_its_lily And then after the fact, a medical biller/coder may change the code if the doctor didn't bill at the highest justifiable level.
@mcaliente21@bjeansonne @nope_its_lily unfortunately not true. Docs bill different "levels" depending on how many problems you have, how many tests/imaging studies they have to review, and the complexity of your diagnoses.
Generally difficult to know that stuff before actually interviewing and examining the patient.
@HerdbergJ I can’t believe it’s been 2 years. Love mine!
I really appreciate how you pair concepts of naturally occurring phenomenon with beautiful aesthetics of generative art- very cool.
I've been a fan of @HerdbergJ since I minted a Gravity12 over 2 years ago. Both the concept and the outputs for Mycelia are beautiful - happy to have this in my collection!
@cockpunch Had to grab a couple of bags after listening to you and @kevinrose discuss affordable luxuries. I also happen to love both summer flings and butterfly wings - so there you go.
@dcinvestor DC been listening to Andrew Huberman? Either way - good habit! Gotta get some more sunlight in my life.
I try to get sunlight first thing in the morning but between PNW winter, early wakeup time, and 7-5 day job I have to settle for a high-lux sunlamp most mornings.
@Hallock@proetrie Too true. Went above the fireplace because of the way we wanted to arrange the furniture. It was horrible. Lasted about a month then I moved everything and will never go back.
