@JeromeAdamsMD So you didn’t have any blood tests done, nor a head CT scan, no urine test, nor x-rays to evaluate your condition? I believe you did, and you can thank your neighborhood lawyer for the docs practicing defensive medicine since they don’t know you.
@OhioStateMed@DavidGibbsIV Delivered all 3 of my children in the late 80’s. Wife agreed. Made the important events all that more special. Congrats on being so involved with starting your family!!!
@justarandomdani Actually in Ohio at least, if he gives you advice he’d have to stop dating you. One physician that I know of lost their license to practice medicine for a year when they gave medical care to their SO. When they broke up, he complained to the medical board as a revenge move…
@DrMalSmith If they know you are a physician, you will get special treatment. What may be more interesting is your observations of how they treat other Moms and reporting the other mother’s perspective…
Good luck!!!🍀
@greerplastics Agree with the “High Road always.” The kids will eventually gravitate to the more stable parent. Happened to me 28 years ago and I have a wonderful relationship with all 3 kids. ❤️🩹
@BurgartBioethix I was an intern in the ER 40+ years ago and had a white 15 yo with a laceration across her forehead. We did ask for a plastics but at 2AM they declined to come in. 2 hours later I had a closure that I was pretty proud of. The next day the surgeon took it all down for his repair.
The OAFP, @AMSANational, and the @aafp hope you enjoyed National Primary Care Week! Family medicine is an essential part of the primary care workforce and we thank you for your service. #NPCW2021
