Credit Direct is a fraudulent company. How can there be several months of multiple deductions for a one-month loan? This is something they have done to several of their customers. They have refused to refund their clients, and the difficulty in gaining access to IPPIS makes the situation even worse.

Honestly, this company needs to be banned and its operations stopped. They deceive customers into taking loans and continue to milk them through IPPIS for far longer than the loan tenure, yet they never refund their customers.

I have reported the case of Client ID: 846948 through several channels. If you do not refund this money, which you have withheld for seven months now, the matter will end up in court.

I advise anybody not to get involved with this company; otherwise, you will regret it.
