@AmericanAClaims “Hey there”—read my posts, call @PHLAirport. It’s obvious that a lousy shift-change led to our bags being stuck, solely due to laziness and pathetic customer service. Everyone here needs to get home; it’s added over one hour AND COUNTING, to our day. It happens to much here.
