@edu_tuan Let's 🔍 at how $-scales changed last 20 yrs... anecdotally: 📉 in step columns, ⬇️ stipends for graduate degrees, 🚫longevity increases, etc.
To keep well-qualified Ts = pay ⬆️+payscales need expansion to keep up with COL.
