Bone graft both tunnels with dowels, get ct at 4 months, do well placed “ quasi” primary acl second stage. Difficult for to bone graft and then trust and rely upon the graft to support the tunnel single stage

One tip: if you fall, embrace the fall and roll, dont lock your legs or try to stick the landing. Abrasions heal, knee dislocations and meniscus tears are a lot harder to heal
