One of the best perks we have activated for @rockethealthIN team has been getting folks in office an annual gym membership.

I personally completed 14 strength training workouts in April, and can't wait to keep this going.

But this was never really about a perk.

I've always played sports, and strength & conditioning has been a huge part of my life, and I've seen what consistent training does -- not just to the body, but to how you think, how you handle pressure, how you show up. The mental toughness, the grit, the resilience -- it bleeds into everything.

And we wanted that for the team.

When your teams are grinding through the same workout, something changes. Teams that would never cross paths start bonding. The walls come down. You build trust through shared hard work in a way no offsite ever will.

Tbh, this isn't a cost. It's one of the highest-leverage investments we've made. I cannot wait for that day when we have a full stack gym at the Rocket HQ (have some plans, but one step at a time 🙏🏽)
