Thanks Above & Beyond for spending 846 minutes with me in 2022. I couldn’t stop listening to Group Therapy Intro (ABGT497). #SpotifyWrapped https://t.co/V8nTQtghwu
@Work2Well@HandPnews Such a valuable resource. There's so much printed info out there, it's hard for line managers to apply best practice to the needs of their employee. Immediate advice from a leader in the field of long-covid rehabilitation will be invaluable.

@DoctorMayur thanks for the update Mayur. about time too. as a GP working in covid hot-hubs, I've had to tell patients to 'play' the system a bit to get one for valid reasons.
Many thanks to all the people who've messaged me after the BBC News piece (https://t.co/THkpfFZ7Cm) on alcohol consumption in lockdown. Chris's story was compelling and typical of the people coming to treatment. Dependency is the t…https://t.co/el2f5RANJ1 https://t.co/pD7FTdvuSB

Thanks to @somceo for re-tweeting this superb review on health effects of mass unemployment events. Maintaining employment opportunities is a Public Health issue. Could this evidence also aid policy to reduce GP burden through #occhealth#vocrehab for all, not just those in work?
“long-term redundant workers consulted their general practitioners (GPs) 57% more often, and attended hospital twice as much compared to those who had found re-employment” #occmed#primarycare
Good guidelines & hope the outcome of 'health is everyone's business' OH consultation will ensure that availability of early access for GPs and their patients to OH/vocational rehabilitation will match NICE recommendations. Primary Care Networks will be key to mainstream success.
Joining Miles Atkinson from @ACPOHE at #physiouk19 conference 1100 tomorrow @thecsp on fit notes and AHP Advisory note; now piloted in 2 GP systems. Hope that Physios&OTs providing occ health/vocational rehab will be mainstream in GP surgeries soon; part of @rcgp#FutureVisionGP
Thanks to all who came to packed mini theatre yesterday for discussion on GPs and helping people with health conditions and disabilities to stay in work. #RCGPAC. It's an area where we need more resource&support. Delighted that you all joined the 'silent disco' pose at the end!
