I understand the need for empathy when it comes to transgender athletes. I understand that Iman Khalid is DSD and obviously this must be very challenging in ways we can’t imagine. That said, where is the empathy for women with XX chromosomes who train their entire life only to be potentially met with an unfair playing field and in extreme cases, safety concerns.

It’s entirely unacceptable that the rights and opinions of ALL stakeholders, explicitly including xx female athletes are not being considered. The punishment and reprisal of these women for voicing their feelings on the matter is bordering on fascistic.   
 
Their concerns should be closely considered as an entire generation of upcoming girls may never get the opportunity to fulfill their dreams no matter how hard they work. The scholarships, titles, world records, prize money, Olympic opportunities, endorsement deals could all eventually become out of reach. This looks like a world without Serena Williams, Lindsay Vonn, Simone Biles, Ronda Rousey and many more.

Only when we agree that these issues must be addressed can we truly work toward solutions for inclusion, safety, and fairness. Each governing body for all sports needs to grow a spine, look at the data, and seek out solutions. Stop gaslighting the world by claiming there is no cause for concern. Only a flat earther would actually believes this! People just fear retribution should they point out a naked emperor.

Two years ago, a mass shooting killed 6 people in Sacramento. The shooter, who fired 28 rounds, should have been prison. But he was let out under an early release law enabled by Kamala Harris.

Harris, as California AG, described Prop. 57 as applying to "non-violent" offenders. This was a lie; law enforcement groups said so urgently at the time. And this case proves they were right. Five years before the mass shooting, the perpetrator was convicted of domestic violence, but he served less than half his 10-year sentence because of Prop. 57.

Here's how the local prosecutor described that earlier offense, which began with him breaking into his girlfriend's home: “He located her hiding in her bedroom closet and hit her repeatedly with a closed fist on the face, head, and body, causing visible injuries. He then dragged her out of the home by her hair to an awaiting car. After he put her in the car, he assaulted her with a belt."

According to Harris, this was a non-violent crime. That is the lie she told voters, directly in the ballot description. That false description is why the proposition became law and has allowed violent offenders like this to re-offend, again and again. It's one reason why California has a violent crime rate that far exceeds the national average.

I’m going to make my stance abundantly clear.

I don’t care who she slept with. Don’t care about her laugh, I am not going to dehumanize her or disrespect her based on her personal life. Who doesn’t have a past and she is grown. Don’t care if she is too Black for some and not Black enough for others.

My decision not to even consider her is based solely on the following:

- She created a bail fund for rioters in 2020 who destroyed cities to push a politics agenda. That is terrorism and she helped them skate instead of condemning them.
- She supported two propositions in CA that exacerbated crime and made it incredibly difficult to for law enforcement to stop crime. As well as No Cash Bail, even against the will of California voters. Which also put Californians in danger.
- She was tasked with solving the border crisis. She only went to the border because she was pressured and all she did was peek at it to find “root causes”. Which is progressive code for “I ain’t gonna do 💩 about this.”
- She engages in race baiting and fear mongering. Which lets me know she has zero solutions to the many issues American’s are facing right now.
- She is even farther left than Joe Biden.

That’s why. I don’t believe she is ready to lead and her politics will slide America further down the crapper.

Not because she is a woman. I would gladly and without pause vote for a woman for president. Some of the greatest leaders I ever worked for were women. Just can’t vote for this one because of who she, is not her gender.

Has nothing to do with her race. I’m always proud when I see Black people elevate. I don’t just want any Black person. I don’t care about color when it comes to leadership. I just want the leader best capable to lead.
