@SeemaCMS THE PBM'S CHANGE PATIENTS AFTER EXTORTING KICKBACKS FROM THE MANUFACTURES..... NOT THE MANUFACTURES.
I'M TIRED OF EXPLAINING THIS TO YOU!!!
@TruthRX
Quick update on Helene response to address some concerns we're all seeing online.
Military, FEMA, blockades, gov't creating hurricanes, etc.
Bottom-line: Western North Carolina is pulling together. They need our support. This is the beginning of a long-term mission.
Update: CVS Caremark is now charging $7,636 for a $17 multiple sclerosis drug.
@CVSHealth why are you marking up this MS drug by a record 47,000%? #PharmacistsFightBack
When is the FTC lawsuit coming to stop this PBM vertical integration? How can the FTC oppose 2 hospitals working to actually provide patient care but allow this madness from PBMs owning their own pharmacies ? This is worse than PharmaBro Shkreli!
@MrsPA_C Maybe this.
The manufacturer indicates that ketorolac is contraindicated during breastfeeding, so an alternate drug is preferred after the first 24 to 72 hours when larger volumes of milk are produced, especially while nursing a newborn or preterm infant.Apr 18, 2022
@GregLeding The way the Arkansas fan base acts towards its coaches, we don’t deserve a good coach. We are either in the honeymoon phase or trying to fire them.
Everybody’s payments go up as costs go up…except pharmacies who are somehow expected to operate at a loss while the middlemen prosper. All while @SenateDems & @SenateGOP sit on their hands and watch. @TomCottonAR@JohnBoozman can’t keep turning a blind eye.
From a fellow independent pharmacy:
We lost $38 on Ozempic recently.
Patient actually showed me his EOB from his Medicare Part-D plan.
Plan paid over $1,200
PBM paid our pharmacy $876 and pocketed the spread, which was well over $300 for one drug.
If you aren’t enraged by this: unfollow me right now.
