Every teacher was a student once. Students of color are not likely to return to school to become teachers of color if they did not have a positive experience in school the first time around. The recruitment pipeline starts in math class not at the career fair. #octmchat
If my kid comes home one more time and tells me what other kids clipped down that day I'm going to lose it. NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!!! WHY does my kid even know this?? Clip up charts are wrong. Public shaming is not a discipline tool.
