The criticism was if she was telling them how to avoid ICE which is illegal. She explicitly didn't say that. She gave legal advice for interacting with the law. Similar but very different

example, an illegal immigrant cannot have 1st amendment protections against the government, because they can be censored by deportation. Additional requirements for second amendment ECT.. list goes on. They do have due process tho
