I'm Yash, a 4th year law student at NALSAR. I wrote on tweet last year too that my scholarship by Govt. of India was not paid even after 4 months. The same issue is happening this year too. Sadly, this time even the token number is issued but payment is not made.

I reported battery issues with my AirPods within warranty (Case ID:101414698177). Due to lockdown the executive asked me to wait till everything reopens, and because I reported the issue within warranty it’d still be covered if the centre open later.

I don’t know what the policy is, but an apple executive asking me to wait and that hampering with my warranty would certainly make Apple vicariously liable. I was asked to pay around Rs. 24,000 when I visited the centre a few days back (for a product which is worth Rs. 12,500).
