@FitbitSupport @FitbitUK my brand new Fitbit was faulty on the day it was delivered. And I get sent a refurbished replacement 2 weeks later. That’s the last time I buy a Fitbit. I’d have bought second hand if that’s what I wanted.
@FitbitSupport Thanks but I haven’t received any email updates? It was brand new out of the box- why should I have to wait over a week for a new one? This isn’t customer service.
@FitbitUK a week since my brand new Fitbit arrived and was faulty. No updates on a replacement after I was told to post half of it back. Will I be left with just a strap forever? Not good enough.
