@vinted you sent me a message via your app. It’s about Inpost mixing up a parcel so I as the buyer received the wrong thing. You have given me 2 days to respond to the message but the option to reply is missing so it’s impossible and I’m going to miss your deadline. Ps you say

I have to respond within 2 days or you’ll refund the seller yet it takes you a week to respond. Both of us need a refund as this is what we paid for under your buyer protection scheme

Hi @InPostUK I purchased a toy via @vinted and selected the locker to locker option. When I collected my item it was obviously not a toy so I took photos of the unopened package. It was a an item of clothing. The seller doesn’t sell clothing only toys so it wasn’t her - continued

At my own expense return the clothing to the seller and I’ll be refunded. So either me or the seller loses out.
This feels iffy to me as the clothing is worth significantly more than the toy and they are suggesting we keep it which feels like stealing

Mistake and it was obviously the inpost driver who put the labels on the wrong parcels. I raised via Vinted and they aren’t grasping this. They seem to think I should either accept the wrong item so the seller gets paid or - continued

I sell an item on @vintedUK and send it in a new mailing bag via @InPostUK.
It is received but has clearly been opened and resealed with parcel tape, the item is missing. Vinted say I didn’t send it securely, like wtf. Every online company uses the same bags. Refund buyer but
