Tapped and pouring from 5pm! A big 7% abv Old Ale brewed with our friends in Pelikaan Brewery, Sint Maarten.

This classic old ale has been supercharged with oak chips soaked in Caribbean rum to produce a warming and complex ale.

Recently, Roger went on a busman’s holiday and brewed a collaboration beer with Pelikaan Brewery in Saint Martin. He brewed an old ale with oak chips soaked in Caribbean rum. Now he’s brewed the same on our pilot kit and we’ll tap kegs simultaneously in Ireland and the Caribbean!
