Yesterday in Wrocław, three Polish thugs beat up a Ukrainian couple - Nastia and Maksym.
The men cut in front of Nastia and Maksym at the checkout. Nastia objected to their behavior. They heard she was Ukrainian, so they followed the couple to the car. Maksym went down first and they kicked him in the head. When Nastia tried to pull them off him, they punched her in the face and tore her ear open.
Last week, a group of Poles broke a 19-year-old’s nose and injured his spine in the city center because he was speaking Ukrainian into his phone. This year alone, there were 180 hate crimes committed against Ukrainians in Poland. Those are only the reported crimes. Thousands are not reported.
I am sick and tired of this. The level of xenophobia in Poland has turned the state into the most dangerous European country for Ukrainians to live in.
Milton Friedman: “We call a tariff a protective measure. It does protect... it protects the consumer against low prices.”
There's a reason both Donald Trump and JD Vance hate Milton Friedman.
Basic economics is the mortal enemy of the MAGA right.
@FLCons Are you suggesting Americans are dumber than Europeans? Have It on the driving exams, make more of them, make the yield signs and arrows clear: People can and will learn to use them, and when they do, they're FAR better than lights or stop signs.
@Yun1960319Yun@Sulkhan This is clearly disinformation. There have been multiple international audits which find no signs of corruption, and there is no doubt regarding his work to get rid of corruption in the armed forces.
@Yun1960319Yun@Sulkhan False. There are no accusations or indications that Fedorov is corrupt. He has a reputation for not being corrupt. Syrskyi was the right man for the beginning of the war, but the circumstances and technology have changed. His style is too rigid for modern warfare.
@Zelus_Christi@Sulkhan No, mobilization is a part of it, but not whether, but how. Syrskyi basically kept soldiers until they die or are wounded. Fedorov would have limited terms, more training before deployment and more assistance afterwards.
Trying to hog the spotlight and claim everyone's success as his.
Embarrassing everyone around him.
Completely oblivious to what everyone thinks.
This 30 second clip perfectly embodies the national embarrassment that Trump represents.
@EdgardoAPaso@WarMonitor3 In other words needless aggression are your thing, with the invasion of the Falklands and the dirty play of Argentinian football. No thanks.
@sebas_cmt_@UKRRichard@FIFAWorldCup Argentina invaded the Falklands in 1982, Russia illegally annexed Crimea in 2014. Two aggressors. Russia wouldn't have invaded if Ukraine had been a member of NATO. Argentina wasn't so smart, and misjudged the Iron Lady.
