A brief mention is made by Gebser (in The Ever-Present Origin) of E. Minkowski, whose work is as of yet unknown to me. I feel as though one can never have discovered enough “phenomenologically” oriented texts—

"The first to speak of temps qualité or "qualitative time" was E. Minkowski. His concept of temps vécu or "lived time" not only proved fruitful for neurobiology, psychiatry, and for biology in general, but was also epoch-making not least because Minkowski himself never succumbed to vitalism.
