@Centrelink complaint submitted today online but assuming no one looks at these either. Any chance someone can do something! #frustrating

Son submitted a request for low income health care card on 22/2/19 which is meant to take 1 month to process, nearly 6 months later still not processed. What is going on @Centrelink, would hate to be in dire need of assistance. #getitsorted

@Centrelink so we are another 4 months on and still no resolution.
Phone call a few weeks back to help centre said not a priority because we are not paying you anything, but we will get someone to review/escalate.
