Trust me in the public service unless your below band and the PSA is already lobbying on your behalf - your case wont be considered "exceptional"

@joerich_nz @nealejones Roughly 100M a year. Most pay rises are 1.5% to 2% and the public service bill is $5 Billion. Keep in mind however that Robertson found $1 Billion yesterday in saved money from Covid-19 - so he's saving the equivalent of 10% of that extra money he found.
