Just to follow up on this, the DM by Karen from Delta provided no value. I was told to expect up to 30 days for a response. It’s been 43 days. I guess this is what @Delta means by #keepclimbing

I submitted a complaint to #DeltaCorp #Delta where I detailed nearly $2,000 in losses due to crew issues that delayed a flight. That was on Aug 23. No response from them. @Delta is this how you treat your medallion members? Case no 06093838.

@Delta please review complaint case num 06093838 asap. I spent $8,000+ for tickets to Norway & because U couldn’t find a pilot for DL114 on July 23rd the flight was delayed over 3 hrs causing us to miss our conn. $1,800 in extra costs because of forced car rental chgs. #delta
