Mix the yeast with honey to make it liquid. Add water and salt. Gradually mix in flour while stirring constantly. Shape into small rolls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put in the cold oven at around 200°C. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes. The recipe makes one tray of rolls.
