🚨🇺🇸 TRUMP ADMIN SUES VIRGINIA FOR GIVING IN-STATE TUITION TO ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS WHILE AMERICANS PAY FULL PRICE

It’s official: the Trump administration is taking the state of Virginia to court, filing a lawsuit to block the University of Virginia from offering in-state tuition to illegal aliens, a move that directly challenges how states distribute taxpayer-funded benefits.

The argument?

You can’t reward illegal entry into the country with discounted college tuition while American citizens from other states are getting financially wrecked just to attend the same university.

The lawsuit says Virginia is violating federal immigration law by extending in-state rates, funded by Virginia taxpayers, to people not even legally allowed to be in the country.

Make it make sense.

If Trump wins this case, it could blow a hole through the entire left-wing playbook of sneaking illegal immigrants into taxpayer-funded perks, from tuition, to healthcare, to housing.

While citizens drown in student debt, Virginia thought it’d be a great idea to give illegal aliens a tuition discount, but this lawsuit is a direct challenge to that logic, and a bold shot across the bow of every other blue state doing the same thing.

America First means putting Americans first, always.

The globalists are acting like sending back 500,000 visa (H-1B) workers to their home countries will destroy the American economy. It won't.

80% of them are low skilled, entry/junior level jobs that literally ANYONE could learn with a 3 month certification type course. That is all that the workers from India did before they applied for the jobs and moved here.
