@British_Airways@British_Airways received email asking to check in all bags. Arrived at Malpensa airport one hour before. BA staff walked past us leaving an empty desk, no message to help. Awful ticket desk customer service, told to buy a £450 new ticket to get home. Stressful, rude & shocking.
@British_Airways My next step is the ombudsman. Fed up with being ignored for 2months. Failing operationally and avoiding customer service responsibilities, then charging the passenger €590 for your failings is both disingenuous and criminal
@British_Airways No one has got back to me at all in 2 weeks? I have always been loyal to BA but this time you really take the biscuit. You ruined the end of our holiday, charged us £500, costs us £160
I’m lost luggage, £50 in airport pick up and then you don’t respond? Robbery.
@BritishManager You also lost my bag Lon-Jer just before Christmas and I received no comms or compensation. Such a shame you don’t care about customers any more.
@BritishManager And only 1 staff member in the whole of Malpensa airport at 5pm - and she was on the ticket desk and poorly trained so took hours. Beyond stressful and I advise everyone to avoid this once good but now poor airline
@BritishManager I have but someone called Dave asked me to email. I have added all the info in the DM and my personal details/ booking ref/ receipt. It is some sort of chicanery / scam/ fraud to have no staff at all bag drop, make one traveller buy a new ticket for €590 to check the paid bag.
@British_Airways And husband’s replacement economy ticket was £515… plus lost £45 for the bag you wouldn’t let us check in to original flight. Staff SO rude and unhelpful. Split up our family. Why do you think this is acceptable? Exec club / loyal to @British_Airways for 54 years but no more.

@easyJet making it really hard to be cheerful in these uncertain times. My son couldn’t fly with us as tested positive (unvaxed age 16) but they won’t give me a voucher. To change the flight have to call them… cheeky and dull @British_Airways make it simple with a voucher system
Happy for @QPR but Weddings still limited to 15 😔 So you can go to a football match or a business conference, get drunk there and at a pub afterwards, get off with a colleague (or a complete stranger) - what difference? #whataboutweddings@paulscullymp@RishiSunak@BorisJohnson
