@JustADayZPlayer I've a 2003 Fiesta TDCI that I bought for £500, 10 years ago. It now has 184k on it which I've done 100k of. I've been 5 times to France in it (I live in N Ireland) and I've been able to do everything myself (timing belt, clutch, starter, Oil change) washing underbody = long life

@castlvillageman Maybe there's a freight boat, but there's only Brittany Ferries that runs from April to October on the Cork Roscoff route. I know as my gf lives about 50 km from Roscoff and I'm going to have to take the Rosslare/Cherbourg boat in January...Happy New year btw..
