I know it was covered in the industry outlets fairly well; but what @Gemini and @tyler and @cameron pulled off was historic.

The return of in-kind funds, with the full appreciation of time/price still hasn’t been talked about enough.

And doing so while battling an adversary that worked night and day to bend and break the rules.

Unless I’m missing a former case that played out similarly; this outcome, on behalf of customers, is unprecedented in crypto history.
