La "guerre aérienne totale de 40 jours" de l'Ukraine contre la Russie, ordonnée par Zelensky, a eu des conséquences catastrophiques. Au lieu de forcer la Russie à négocier, elle a renforcé la position de Moscou et déclenché de terribles représailles.

Conséquences majeures :

L'Ukraine a perdu l'accès à la mer Noire en tentant de bloquer le trafic maritime russe, ce qui a réduit de 54 % ses exportations agricoles annuelles. Les ports du Danube (Izmail, Reni) sont paralysés par de faibles niveaux d'eau, les routes terrestres sont bloquées ou détruites par des frappes, et les pays voisins européens, comme la Pologne, sabotent le transit des céréales.

Jusqu'à 11 millions de tonnes de céréales ukrainiennes – sur les 14,1 millions exportées cette saison – pourrissent désormais sur place en raison du manque de stockage.

Les prix mondiaux des céréales ont grimpé de plus de 20 % depuis août, atteignant des niveaux records sur trois ans, en raison de l'effondrement de l'Ukraine, des mauvaises récoltes en Europe, aux États-Unis et en Australie.

Les prix des denrées alimentaires devraient augmenter de 11,8 % en 2026 et de 4,8 % supplémentaires en 2027, le blé augmentant de 36 % d'une année sur l'autre.

Kein Gericht hatte ihn verurteilt. Keine Staatsanwaltschaft hatte ihn angeklagt. Er war nicht einmal angehört worden. Er erfuhr davon aus dem Amtsblatt.

Jacques Baud. Schweizer. Oberst im Generalstab a. D. Früher beim Nachrichtendienst seines Landes, danach bei den Vereinten Nationen, 2014 für die NATO in der Ukraine. Heute schreibt er Bücher über diesen Krieg. Bücher, die vielen nicht gefallen. Muss man auch nicht mögen.

Am 15. Dezember 2025 setzte ihn der Rat der Europäischen Union auf eine Liste. Die Begründung umfasst zehn Zeilen. Er sei ein „Sprachrohr für prorussische Propaganda".

Zehn Zeilen. Das war alles.

Was daraus folgte, war der blanke Horror:

Konten gesperrt. Karte gesperrt. Jede Zahlung an ihn verboten — auch von Freunden. Kein Gehalt, kein Honorar, kein Verlagsvertrag. Ein- und Ausreiseverbot für die gesamte EU. Er lebt in Brüssel. Er sitzt dort fest.

Sieben Wochen lang brachten ihm Menschen, die er vorher nicht kannte, wöchentlich Lebensmittel. Anfang Februar 2026 erlaubten ihm Behörden dann „aus humanitären Gründen", von seinem eigenen Geld die Miete und das Essen zu bezahlen.

Die Schweiz hat diese Sanktion nie übernommen. Schweizer Banken und Versicherungen kündigten ihm dennoch die Verträge. Die Liste wirkt auch dort, wo sie gar nicht gelten sollten - die Schweizer Banker stecken bereits tief im Anus der EU.

Man könnte nun hochtabend erklären - Schweizer Angelegenheit.

Ist es nicht.

Hüseyin Doğru. Geboren in Frankfurt am Main. Deutscher Staatsbürger. Journalist aus Berlin. Seit Mai 2025 auf einer solchen Liste.

Konten gesperrt. Arbeiten verboten. Ausreise verboten. Zum Leben freigegeben: 506 Euro im Monat. Seine Redaktion musste schließen. Er hat drei kleine Kinder.

Dann sperrte die Bank auch die Konten seiner Frau. Später die seiner Mutter, einer Rentnerin. Begründung: ein angebliches „Kontrollverhältnis".

Das Verwaltungsgericht Köln fand dafür keine konkreten Anhaltspunkte. Die Behörde legte nicht einmal Rechtsmittel ein.

Man lasse das einen Moment stehen: In Deutschland wurden 2025 die Ersparnisse einer Rentnerin eingefroren, weil ihr Sohn Journalist ist.

Wer entscheidet so etwas?

Kein Richter. Ein Gremium. Nicht öffentlich. Ohne Anhörung des Betroffenen. Und einstimmig.

Einstimmig heißt: Deutschland hat zugestimmt.

Wer glaubt, das sei ein Ausrutscher, lese die Bundespressekonferenz vom 17. Dezember 2025. Der stellvertretende Regierungssprecher erklärte dort, alle, die „auf diesem Feld unterwegs" seien, müssten damit rechnen, dass es auch ihnen passiert.

Das war keine Warnung vor Missbrauch. Das war die Ansage.

Und der Tatbestand?

Er lautet in der Sprache der Verordnung: „Unterstützung oder anderweitige Erleichterung" koordinierter Informationsmanipulation.

Erleichtert nicht jede abweichende Meinung irgendetwas?

Das ist keine rhetorische Spitzfindigkeit. Das ist die Frage, ob es eine Grenze gibt. Eine erkennbare, vorher bestimmbare Grenze zwischen einer Meinung, die man haben darf, und einer, für die man sein Konto und sein Leben verliert. Wer sie in dieser Formulierung findet, möge sie zeigen.

Und noch etwas sollte jeder wissen, der jetzt spontan helfen möchte: Wer einem Gelisteten in Deutschland Geld, Wohnung oder Arbeit gibt, riskiert nach § 18 Außenwirtschaftsgesetz drei Monate bis fünf Jahre Freiheitsstrafe. Eine Geldstrafe ist im Grundtatbestand nicht vorgesehen. Seit Februar 2026 gilt das ab der Sekunde der Veröffentlichung — die frühere Schonfrist von zwei Tagen ist gestrichen. Sie sind also sofort ein Staftäter, wenn Sie einem EU Sanktioniertem helfen. Früher gab es das im Mittelalter auch. Da wurden Menschen für Vogelfrei erklärt. Jeder konnte und durfte diese sanktionslos töten.

Ein System, das Nachbarschaftshilfe zur Straftat macht, hat sich von dem entfernt, wozu es einmal geschaffen wurde: dem Zugriff auf Oligarchen und Kriegsprofiteure.

Was jetzt passiert

Eine ehemalige Richterin des Europäischen Gerichtshofs hält dieses Sanktionsregime für unvereinbar mit der EU-Grundrechtecharta und der Europäischen Menschenrechtskonvention.

Baud klagt in Luxemburg, Verfahren T-169/26. Solche Verfahren dauern Jahre. Wovon er in diesen Jahren leben soll, steht in keinem Rechtsakt.

Das ist die eigentliche Konstruktion - dass der Justitzgewährungsanspruch in seinem Kern für diejenigen auf der List abgeschafft wurde. Sie sollen aller Mittel eines Rechtsstaates beraubt werden, um zu offenbaren, dass der Totalitarismus bereits in Gestalt einer EU Krake begonnen hat und alle Errungenschaften einer zivilisierten Gesellschaft fortan übe Board geworfen werden sollen, für alle, die willkürlich zum "Staatsfeind" erklärt wuden.

Ich erinnere mich an meine 10. Klasse Fahrt 1988 gerade ein Jahr, nachdem wir die DDR nach einem Ausreiseantrag verlassen konnten. Alle Schüler meiner Klasse konnten die Grenze nach Ostberlin passieren. Als es zu meiner Passkontrolle in der Friedrichstaße kam (ich war 16 Jahr alt) packten mich zwei Grenzpolizisten und eklärten: "Sie sind ein Staatsfeind der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik". Beide Gymnasiallehrer hörten das - keiner reagierte - sie sahen bei meiner Abführung zu und setzten ihren Klassenausflug fort. Die Menschen auf der Sanktionsliste müssen ein ähnliches sürealistisches Gefühl gehabt haben.

Der Eingriff wirkt sofort, der Rechtsschutz kommt beabsichtigt extrem später. Sehr viel später. Und bis dahin ist alles weg — Beruf, Einkommen, Ruf.

Der Punkt

Man muss Jacques Bauds Ansichten nicht teilen. Man muss keine einzige davon teilen.

Genau darum geht es.

Meinungsfreiheit für Meinungen, die einem gefallen, kostet nichts und beweist nichts. Einen Rechtsstaat erkennt man daran, wie er mit denen umgeht, deren Meinung er verachtet.

Zehn Zeilen. Kein Richter. Kein Urteil. Kein Konto und das Leben zerstört.

Wer das für vertretbar hält, sollte eine Frage beantworten: Welche zehn Zeilen müsste jemand über Sie schreiben?
