@tfl why do the information boards at Wimbledon District line rarely, if ever, show the correct destinations, and the staff on the platform appear equally clueless?
@British_Airways The problem was you had a staff member sat at a bag drop desk, ignoring the people in the bag drop queue and checking people in instead. When challenged she refused to help. No common sense or customer service. Poor experience - why ask passengers to check in online? Pointless.
A long shot but we got on a train at Surbiton (final stop was Guilford). It was the 17.06 from Waterloo. Anyway, there was no one in the 1st carriage but there was a bag of presents, all for ‘Holly & Dan’. Pls retweet if you can, hopefully these can find the recipient 🤞❤️
