Absolutely outstanding customer service from Bishop and Erik today on our @JetBlue flight, we were held on the tarmac on departure for a couple of hours which meant several of us had a very quick turnaround to make a connection. They went above and beyond to help us make it!

@MetCC hi there, don't know if this is the right place to report but there is a billboard with broken panels that are strobing very brightly right next to the flyover in Hammersmith. It's very distracting and dangerous for drivers.

@48FighterWing hiya, up at Loch Oich in the Highlands of Scotland for the annual holiday and haven't seen any F-15s or F-18s flying along the lochs! Any particular reason? It's one of my fave parts of the holiday and am away from the lochs today but last day tomoz to see them!
