@Shpigford hermes with gemini 3 flash has been great for me: "gemini-3-flash-preview" I've added gbrain which seems like a solid improvement. But the self improving stuff just seems to work. Also, I have not yet had to fix it after an upgrade...

@Shpigford I haven't written it, but I'm trying to point each agent to the core user.md, readme.md, and the equivalent of e.g. gemini.md for each. Typically as a symlink, the same way you can share skills across. Used your post on onboarding to set it up.
