@News24@wendyknowler Same thing happened to me with the Nail Studio in Joburg. No compensation. They knew the vouchers hadn’t been redeemed but still told me I lost out.
@helenzille@StandardBankZA I agree with you. 3 new Cheque cards in 6 months but I still can’t purchase anything online. I can only use the cards to purchase instore. Not one person is able to solve the problem. Yes I have a Nedbank card and so far too good.
