🇪🇺 EUROPA MACHT WIEDER VOR, WIE MAN ES NICHT MACHEN SOLLTE! 👍

Ab 2027 zieht die EU die Schrauben weiter an. 10.000 Euro Obergrenze für Barzahlungen, anonyme Krypto-Konten verboten, schärfere Offenlegung bei jedem, der mit Bitcoin handelt. Auf CT wird daraus heute "ID-Pflicht für jede Überweisung" - das ist überzogen, so steht es nicht im Gesetz. Aber die Richtung stimmt. Mehr Kontrolle, mehr Offenlegung, weniger Spielraum.

Ich sitze seit über einem Jahr nicht mehr in Deutschland. Und von draußen sieht man eine Sache klarer als von drinnen: Europa wirkt wie ein Mahnmal, an dem die anderen vorbeiziehen, ohne nochmal herzuschauen. Als Konkurrenten behandelt es längst keiner mehr.

Schau dir an, worüber der Rest gerade spricht.

→ Die USA diskutieren null Kapitalertragsteuer und sitzen auf der gesamten KI-Spitze - Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok.
→ China kontert mit eigenen offenen Modellen, Qwen, DeepSeek, Kimi. Das Meme dazu läuft seit Wochen: USA hat das, China hat jenes, Europa hat ein leeres Feld.
→ Die Golfstaaten bauen Finanz- und Krypto-Banken mit fast keinen Auflagen und saugen Gründer und Kapital ab wie ein Schwamm.

Und das ist nicht nur Stimmung. 2007 lebten die USA und Westeuropa noch ungefähr gleich gut. Seitdem driften die zwei Linien auseinander, Jahr für Jahr, und keiner in Brüssel scheint es bremsen zu wollen.

Die Bargeldgrenze ist nur die jüngste Quittung für eine Richtung, die seit Jahren feststeht. Während Europa alles unter Kontrolle und Offenlegung zwingt, gehen die USA, die Emirate und halb Asien genau den umgekehrten Weg. Am Ende geht es um den ganzen Standort, nicht mehr um die eine Vorschrift, die ihn gerade wieder enger macht.

Ich bin raus, und ich frag mich ehrlich, ob das noch zu drehen ist.

Glaubt ihr, Europa kriegt die Kurve nochmal - oder spielt der eine oder andere von euch auch schon mit dem Gedanken zu gehen?

🚨CONFIRMED: Nasdaq has officially posted the Canary $HBAR ETF (Ticker: $HBR) listing circular.

The fund will begin trading on October 28, 2025, offering direct SPOT exposure to HBAR, the native token of the Hedera Network.

The ETF will hold actual HBAR in custody with BitGo and Coinbase Custody, using CoinDesk Indices for pricing - a major milestone for institutional access to the Hedera ecosystem.
