@kneadtotalk Yep, this and several variations, including oh god it's June and I haven't taught my 6th graders any math all year, and a frantic search turns up only 6 sheets of multiplication problems for a class of 25. (I retired 16 years ago.)

@JoJoFromJerz PT, be faithful and do your exercises every day. It's an awful, painful thing...it took me 4 months! Full mobility then, no pain!! Cortisone did nothing for me except give me more pain! FS caused by scar tissue, PT breaks thru it. Good luck...you can do it!
