I live in Vijayanagar, Bangalore. I had ordered 1 litre of Nandini milk orange packet from Blinkit to prepare paneer. After boiling the milk i added around 150 mL of lemon and continued boiling for more than 5 minutes and the magic happened..!
Milk was still milk and it dint get curdled .! I continued to add few more lemon and boil it and still it’s the same..!

What kind of food we are consuming even after paying inflated prices ?

While we need further investigation on this particular event, it’s clear glaciers around the World are becoming less stable. A new 2026 study on a nearby glacier found that the rate of glacial area loss increased more than 4X from about 0.11%/yr before 1964 to 0.49%/yr during 1964–2023, with further acceleration after 2000. Nepal’s catastrophic floods have once again raised questions about the dangers of water flowing from Tibet into South Asia. Now, China’s massive Medog dam project on the Yarlung Tsangpo river is putting the spotlight on India’s Brahmaputra and the risks posed by earthquakes, landslides and sudden water releases.

With a proposed 60,000 MW capacity, the Medog project could become the world’s largest hydropower project. But its location near a major tectonic boundary has raised serious concerns for Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Bangladesh.

🚨 China's Ministry of Water Resources has issued an urgent alert warning that a newly formed barrier lake near the Nepal-Tibet border poses a high risk of breaching within 72 hours.

Formed at the confluence of the Chhochen Khola and Purepu Tsangpo rivers by yesterdays massive rock-and-mudslide, the overflowing lake already holds roughly 2 million cubic metres of water.

The lake faces an additional 3 million cubic metres of inflow from expected severe weather. A collapse would trigger a catastrophic downstream surge along the Bhote Koshi-Trishuli-Narayani river system.

It is now clear that the Nepal disaster was caused by a natural trigger (cryospheric collapse) but amplified by Chinese hydrological modifications and infrastructure footprint along the Tibetan side of the border. In other words, China's upstream actions did not cause the glacier failure but contributed to the disaster's severity and cascading impacts downstream.

Worse, despite a deepening relationship with Kathmandu, Beijing did not send an emergency notification to Nepal of sudden water-level spikes, debris-dam formation or other upstream anomalies. An immediate notification, by compelling authorities to evacuate vulnerable people, could have potentially reduced the death toll.

Scientific studies have long warned that human alterations to rivers and mountain landscapes can exacerbate natural disasters.

氷河が広範囲で崩壊し，土壌が剥き出しになっています。ここから洪水が発生したものと思われます。
