@NY1@cherylwillsny1@DanielsJarrellE How about people take responsibility about their actions and stop using people communities and businesses as guiney pigs for a small portion of repeat offenders
@JuriMontana@Nomad_Geologist I think the $slg.v story continues to grow. I would like to get a sense of how big by some point next year. Its important and disciplines management to drill for a reason and not just exploration. Capital needs to be cycled back to shareholders at some point. Still early!
@NewWealthMiner The irony is that Eucalyptus and 45 percent of shareholders have more a shot at some 3rd party buying company than existing management who sold 10 percent of shares to 3rd party with no premium a rofo on company only asset and management vote agreement!
@jtourzan Completely agree. How about we get a new Board that manages $tnr.v for all shareholders and not just enrichment scheme for father and son. Did I tell you son takes a salary while working a full time job? How about selling 10 percent company and tie to voting support agreement?
@JRMiningIntel The judge will likely see what TNR is trying to do. I hope he does and they find cause to fire CEO and Board. Their rich exit change of control packages will be worth nothing $TNR.V
@kashyap286@croninpd I think the โpremiumโ is getting a crooked Board out. As a shareholder am very happy that Eucalyptus is trying to kick them out. He votes with his money. Not same to say by a Board that sells 10 percent of company no premium and no reason. We need more people like Job
@Danstringer74@jtourzan Did Altius abstain? I would imagine TNR cancels meeting because they dont have the votes? Tough for regulators to say foul play when Eucalyptus said 45 percent of company shareholders voted for him and against existing Board
